Having had to attend minor injuries yesterday due to an injury to my right eye while working offshore the staff on duty were so professional, caring, helpful and very informative thank you. Minor injuries made me an eye appointment to see the eye specialist the next day at Cromer hospital.
And once again, first time I have had to visit this department, and from walking into the department I found the staff very warm and friendly, plus in my opinion it is run with great organisation and efficiency.
The people I saw regarding my problem were very helpful and informative, and polite.
The eye specialist herself was a lovely lady who took her time to check the eyes over and then explain in detail her thoughts.
