"PARKING!! I arrived at 9.40am ..."

About: Wexham Park Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved

PARKING!! I arrived at 9.40am and entered the car park. What then followed was a very stressful 20 minutes of getting stuck in the car park with everyone else. Dead ends where cars are forced to carry out 3 (well 6) point turns to get back out, parking out of spaces making it almost impossible to navigate the car park safely and no actual spaces at the end of this. How is it every other car park in the country is able to post a "Full" sign and prevent entry to a car park but not wexham? Instead everyone piles in to a car park with no spacs, inadequate signage (hands up those who can still see the arrows painted on the ground) and parking out of spaces causing difficult maneouvering for others. Needless to say all the surrounding verges were full with cars. I ended up parking in a pub car park down the road where I was lucky not to get clamped. Woeful. The worse thing is I live 5 minutes from Heatherwood yet the PCT keep insisting I come to over-crowded Wexham. I am actually OK with paying to park but it is impossible to get a spot. Shame wexham don't spend the parking charges on actually improving parking!
