"my 3 year old son had a operation ..."

What I liked my 3 year old son had a operation at heatherwood on the 12 september with mr gordon & the lovely staff at the childrens centre they do a wonderful job there & were all very helpful my son was so relaxed there it was like home from home although very busy i have to say a big thank you to nurse & all his staff i dont think they get the praise they should well done to you all What could be improved? only one slight thing that could improve the childrens centre & that is more staff they do a top job but are constantly run off there feet hence alot of patients waiting around still top service
