"Fantastic from start to finish"

I recently had the misfortune of being quite unwell and troubled with some breathlessness. My GP sent me to the clinic in ward 3E of Crosshouse where I was looked after by a lovely Consultant Nurse, Paula.

I had been incredibly worried about what was wrong and what would happen and she immediately put me at ease. She was thorough, patient, kind and actually listened to my concerns. I was prescribed a course of treatment and given a return appointment. Paula explained my condition and care in detail in way that I understood and I was soon back to health.

I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and I was very impressed by her expertise and professionalism. Fantastic work from all at Crosshouse.
