(as the patient),

I have using the podiatry service for many years and always had very, very good service. All the podiatrists are very obliging and don’t give short shrift – they take their time in getting the job done.

In all the years there’s only ever been one person I thought was all talk and no action, that was a few years ago. All the rest have been really good. On this latest appointment I was seen by Karen Sagar.
