"Dermatology poor"

I have Eczema and dermatitis which makes my skin very itchy and sore and many patches get infected and bleed. I went to my GP who decided I needed to see a dermatologist for help and treatment. I waited months and finally saw one, who did not look at any of my skin which I wanted to show, and would not let me explain how it affects me. The dermatologist then told me I was being discharged. I have been back to my GP who is wanting to refer me again but whats the point when the dermatologist doesn't care?
