"wisdom tooth"

Hi I have wrote a report on the 2nd of January this year saying how bad I have been treated and how long I have been waiting to remove my wisdom tooth it was 6 months to finally get any appointment to see a consultant and when I did I then got told it would be 18 weeks before my surgery but I finally got an appointment after 18 weeks for surgery only to be told 2 days before surgery that it is cancelled because the the machine they need is broke and they are waiting for a new one to arrive and when I ask how long it will be she said she didn't no I could not believe it and also I had just booked any holiday thinking it would be all over only to wait again I am so angry I can't believe it I have been in pain now for 18 month can anyone tell me what you have to do to get it sorted I have never know anything like it it is disgusting the service the manor is providing is rubbish do not go there
