"Excellent out patient visit to the Ultrasound Dept..."

I had an out patient scan arranged by my G.P. in the Ultrasound Department for injury to my left shoulder,the appointment was pretty quick coming through approx 18 days. On the day of appointment I left home early to avoid the traffic and find a parking space, the traffic was very light and parking was easy, hence I arrived some 40 mins before my appointment.at receiption. I apologised for being early the staff indicated this no problem and were very pleasant. I had taken a magazine to read and within 5 mins I was called for my scan. Again the staff were very friendly and helpful and introduced me to the lady Doctor who was completing the scan. The scan process was very efficient and the doctor took the time to fully explain the damage to my shoulder which unfortunately requires surgery to rectify. To conclude I was really impressed the the care and attention given by this department and the friendly atmosphere demonstrated by the staff. In essence I was back home only 15 mins fter my actual appointment time, which was brilliant..
