"Refused to treat and more"

Hereford hospital staff are utter rubbish. The majority of them were telling my friend *the one in hospital* that it was in her head. She suffers from endometriosis and joint problems, she's been in and out of there for 6 weeks because they refuse to treat her properly. She's 17 years old and is being told that its in her head and she's lying. Another person was in there for head injury, the let him slip off the commode creating more injury. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone!
