What I liked

From the moment I walked into the hospital I was welcomed and looked after by the gentleman on the door who could see I was lost and directed me, right through to the healthcare and nursing staff on the unit and most importantly by the team in the operating theatre.

I am sure that for you this was just a minor routine procedure, however I was very grateful for the way things were explained to me and everyone made sure I knew what was happening. The support and encouragement to get me through this was paramount and it gave me great piece of mind to know that I had an experienced professional carrying out my treatment.

I thought it was lovely personal touch that you popped in to see me before I left the ward just to check everything was ok. Once again thank you.
