I had podiatric surgery at the hospital 12 Dec 2014 in day surgery. The staff were so warm and friendly explaining everything what was going to happen, the procedure and care they would give me. I felt 100% comfortable at all times. My husband was allowed to sit with me, before and after operation and he also was given excellent service with refreshments and biscuits. Didn't ever feel rushed or just another patient, it was as though the staff was giving me 100% attention. Would definitely have day surgery at this hospital again if needed.

It is always pleasing to receive such a positive report, the staff in the Podiatric Surgery Service try very hard to make everyone's experience the best it can be. They will be very pleased to have this comment brought to their attention.
