What I liked

The A&E staff were extremely friendly, caring and compassionate, kept me informed. department seemed clean, but blue curtains were very dark and made the palce very dark

What could be improved

I found it very disappointing to hear members of the public, other visitors etc shouting and swearing at the nurses and generally treating them with no respect, but expecting to be treated with respect themselves!!!! These guys have a hard job and don't deserve the treatment they are given!
