"Ridiculous phone service"

About: University College Hospital

Trying to call to let the liver dept know I am going to miss my apt due to illness. It appears to be impossible to speak to a person. I have tried on the dept number and the main UCLH switchboard, an actual person did speak long enough to tell me to press one as they passed me to another automatic patient blocker. I am writing this to mark the time and date I attempted to make contact.
