I recently went to Furness Hospital for a replacement knee. I cannot fault the standard of care, cleanliness, food and support given by every member of staff. The surgeon was so caring, explained what they were going to do etc, and after the operation gave me full support. In conclusion I cannot recommend highly enough the care I received. 10/10 score
