Attended Cheltenham General A & E Sunday 19th at 11.30 am with my daughter who had fallen and hurt her wrist. All the A & E Staff were excellent, very professional and courteous. Despite the ambulances being diverted from Gloucester to Cheltenham that day and, as a result the department being very busy, we were seen by a Triage nurse within 20 minutes, x-rayed at approx. 2pm and then had a plaster cast put on (it was broken) and were on our way home with an appt for the fracture clinic for this week by 3.30pm.
