What I liked

The facilities - the shops, the volunteer greeters, the wards were clean, the number of hand gel dispensers etc.

What could be improved

Nothing.

Anything else?

Staff were helpful, listened, and communicated with each other. My relative was transferred to another hospital and my goodness does that need someone from Southamton to go and show them what to do.
