My Aunt who is 99 years young, has recently been staying at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, where she has been recovering from a very serious bout of pneumonia. She was previously in Pembury, then Sevenoaks, and Maidstone hospitals. She has received excellent care and attention from everyone at Tonbridge. The Matron & her team are fantastic. 'Auntie' had been pretty much confined to bed in the previous hospitals - but once at Tonbridge, the physio got her walking again. The family are thrilled with her progress, which is largely down to her stay in Tonbridge. She is now being discharged to go back home which has always been her goal. Thank you to all the staff on Goldsmid Ward - you deserve a medal!
