What I liked

Not much

What could be improved

Free parking, I was kept waiting by the consultan which cost me £3.80, it's a scandal. The consultant tretaed me like dirt, he LAUGHED at my condition.

Anything else?

My consultant should be reminded of who pays he salary, and need to be re-educated on patient care, he is a disgrace to his proffession.

I can'y name him for legal reasons.

Our car parking charges are comparable with similar hospitals but we also provide discounts for patients and visitors requiring long stays or receiving certain types of treatment - see our website www.suht.nhs.uk for more information. Revenue generated through car parks is used for the upkeep and security of the car parks, and the remainder is ploughed directly and immediately back into frontline patient services.
