I received an excellent service yesterday in the Minor Injuries unit at LGI. In particular a nurse was excellent. After some confusion at my GP with booking me in for an ultrasound on my leg before I go on holiday next week, I was left with no other choice than to turn up at A&E. After an extremely long week in work and big concerns about my leg which keeps swelling up, I was tired, frustrated and very worried. The nurse was great, and managed to get a doctor to look at it speedily, and got me booked in for an ultrasound on Monday.  The nurse's manner and professionalism was great, whilst being extremely friendly and reassuring. This nurse and the rest of the staff deserve a lot of recognition for the work they do. Thanks for the great service!
