"basically my life"

i was admitted to the Londn heart hospital on the 4 th september 2014 for an emergency tripple by pass,my surgeon was the most amazing consultant i have ever had operate on me,ive had many orthapedic operations and a couple of surgical ones,this person saved my life,i was a very sick lady and didnt know it ,if it wasnt for them i would nt be here to write this review ,they found out from an angiogram ,the staff and all the surgical team are amazing ,i woe them my life ,i thank you all so much for everything you done for me ,i was signed off today 6/4/2015 ,unfortunatel had a biyt of a relapse and had to have my wires removed on the st march ,since then o have been a different person ,so again i thank you all ,an amazing hospital and staff,thank you xxx
