About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

Greeted by Theresa in physiotherapy. Very polite and made me feel more than just a patient. Explained everything thoroughly, kept checking I was happy with everything + if I had any questions. Overall a very pleasant experience thanks to Theresa + it was nice to not feel like I was just another patient to get in and out
