The receptionist Catherine, is exceptional. She is always smiling and greets everyone with a friendly smile. Catherine is very reliable and efficient, and is prepared to give patients a call to remind them a couple of days before their appointment so they don’t miss it. She makes me smile every time I come to the dentist. If anyone wants a really lovely welcome, this is where they need to come.
The dentist himself and the assistant are fantastic. I’ve had many experiences over the years with bad dentists but this one is excellent. He is kind, caring and very good, it’s a privilege to be treated by him. His assistant is a real asset.
I’m having a certificate made to be displayed in the waiting room so that everyone can see what a lovely dentist this is. 100% excellent, no other dentist in Britain that performs like this.
