Ward very clean

Staff extremely helpful and polite, always has a smile on their faces!

What could be improved

Night staff to be a little quieter. My mother in law said on number of occasions they kept her awake with loud talking.

My mother in law was a patient earlier this month on your Blendworth 4 ward at St Mary's Hospital Portsmouth.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies in grey (I believe they are support workers?) They bent over backwards for my mother in law - nothing was a problem! (She can be very demanding at the best of times!)

The ward was very clean, It seemed that all the patients were very well looked after.

We (my husband and I) were well involved and kept up to date with all decisions regarding my mother in law and her package of care.

I have nothing but praise for all your staff on this ward! They all deserve a medal! Please please pass on our huge thanks to the team and best of luck to them all with the impending move to QA!
