"'Took Mother-in-Law for stitches to head after..."

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

We were greeted in a friendly manner. We waited for about 3 minutes then were greeted by a friendly nurse who remembered a previous visit over a year ago. They were calming and informative explaining fully exactly what they were doing but without causing any anxiety for my Mother-in-Law. Excellent manner.
