"Disaster"

About: Nuffield Health, Plymouth Hospital

Husband went to Nuffield for vasectomy due to me having serious medical condition and need to avoid another pregnancy. Things could not have been worse. So many phone calls dealing with rude staff, misinformation and finally telling my husband his samples were clear when in fact they were not. This has now left us in an awful situation and we are devastated.

Dear customer, I am very sorry to hear of these issues you, and your husband, have had following on from the surgery that you state was undertaken last year. We have received your details and further information regarding your complaint centrally and have now escalated this matter to the senior management team at the Nuffield Health, Plymouth Hospital. They will shortly be in contact with you with regards to the clinical complaint investigation process that we undertake at the hospital in instances such as this.
