"Impressed"

I have been seeing the Prof at Broadgreen and I am currently awaiting surgery (sadly its been many weeks of a wait). However I must say how absolutely fantastic my pathway has been, the written information is easy to understand and whenever I have had to phone the appointments staff are so helpful. I attended my preop on the same day that I was told I needed surgery, which was brilliant as I live in Blackpool. I attended yesterday for a physio preop and was so impressed by the information and support I was given, which as always backed up with written information and instructions. I very big thank you to you all, and I'll see you on the 18th May 2015 for surgery.
