I recently fell over a chain on my drive way and landed on gravel, I cleaned my wound and dressed it using what I had at home. 2 days later I noticed it was hot oozing and tracking down my leg, I popped along to RLI and was booked in assessed and treated by a great team. I was in less than 2 hours , the service was outstanding, kind caring and very professional. Well done and keep up the hard work. You are all a credit to the NHS .
