(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was in the worse pain with my back teeth. 5 days I was waiting for help. Went to QMC and they did not help me, just gave me tablets! ! I called 111 they did not help me at all. I was so mad for them not helping me. I called the IDU and booked in myself and the NHS staff (Dawn and Anand) gave me the best possible service ever. They made me feel comfortable and got straight on to the problem. Now I am happy as larry: )
