My wife has seen Dr Campbell and Dr Jackie Austen over the past years and your heart nurses on outpatients regularly.
But now for some reason her heart nurse is no longer responding to my calls or emails, subsequently no one is now attending to her, her condition is getting worse leaving me with no other choice than to take her to A&E again.
Lack of communication.
