I have just tried to phone and book an appointment with the icash clinic and have been absolutely disgusted by the service provided. I have just waited on hold for 15 minutes only to then get a message that as hold times have been so long please try again later. This is terrible service and now I am faced with doing it all over again. I only had my first experience with the clinic a couple of weeks ago when I phoned to book an appointment to have my implant replaced. I was told I had to come in to open clinic and see a nurse first. I felt humiliated on the phone and like I was being judged. I then felt uncomfortable and scared to visit the clinic and I should not have had to feel like this. I did visit the clinic and saw the nurse who was unable to book me an appointment due to the move of premises so I have been forced to use the support line only to receive this message. I need to have my implant removed but I am debating if it is worth having another one put in as I do not ever want to return to this place if I can help it.

The new iCaSH Norfolk service commenced at 1a Oak Street Norwich NR3 3AE on 1st April 2015 and it is run by Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust.
