"Caring staff and spotlessly clean"

About: Kidderminster Hospital

Today I went for a D&C following a confirmed missed miscarriage. The doctor, the theatre staff and ward staff (Ward 1) were all very kind, caring and professional. It was very obvious they work well as a team and genuinely care about their patients. They listened to my concerns and were very respective of my dignity. The ward and my room were spotless! Thank you to everyone who looked after me today.

Thank you for your kind comments; we're very sorry to hear about what happened, but pleased that the staff looked after you so well, especially given the difficult circumstances. We will share this with the manager of our maternity services to be passed on to the staff.
