(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Very friendly, my son will not go anywhere else, he is confident here. Staff put him at ease. On a less positive note, the heat here isn't comfortable, no windows to open. Would benefit from air conditioning.

We are pleased your son is confident when visiting our dentist here at Clifton. We are sorry that you find the waiting area uncomfortable as there as no windows to open when it is warm outside. I will pass on your comments to the Health Centre Manager and the owners of the building who we hope will be resolving the issue in the near future.

Unfortunately the problem with the waiting areas being too hot is on-going and we have been as yet unable to resolve the issue with the owners of the building and the Health Centre Management. It is hoped a meeting can be arranged in ithe near future to discuss the possibility of installing air-conditioning.
