About: Specialist Nursing Services / Special needs dental service/Community Dental Service

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Service and people are excellent and always made to feel welcome at Clifton Dental Clinic. The location of the centre is ideal but I feel that they could benefit from air conditioning because my son will get distressed and burning up due to nerves which is not helped by the building (waiting area) being too warm.

Thank you for kind comments about our staff and the service - they will be passed on to the team at Clifton.

With regards to the lack of air conditioning I will pass on your comments to the Health Centre Manager and the owners of the building who we hope will be resolving the issue in the very near future

Unfortunately the problem with the waiting area being too hot is on-going and we have as yet unable to resolve the issue with the owners of the building and health centre management. It is hoped a meeting can be arranged in the near future to discuss the possibility of installing air-conditioning.
