(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Too hot for patients and disabled patients while waiting. Everything else good at Clifton Dental Clinic.

We are sorry to hear that you were too hot whilst waiting in our waiting room at Clifton. We will pass on your comments to the Health Centre Manager and the owners of the building who we hope will be resolving the issue in the near future.

Glad everything else is good at Clifton.

Unfortunately the problem with the waiting area being too hot is on-going and we have been unable as yet to resolve the issue with the owners of the building and the Health Centre Management. It is hoped a meeting can be arranged in the near future to discuss the installation of air-conditioning.
