We couldn't have got through the last few days without the guys at John Taylor Hospice. They fulfilled our dad's wishes to stay at home.

Our teams are committed to supporting people to make their own choices regarding preferred place of care. Many people prefer to be cared for in their own homes and our teams do all they can to help families wishes to be fulfilled. It's great to hear that in your case we were able to help you to do that.
