"Treated with considerable empathy"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Cardiology / Coronary Care Unit Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Cardiology (Wards 19, 24, 43a, 43b & 44a)

(as the patient),

I recently experienced heart failure in Glasgow and I was subsequently transferred from Glasgow Royal to ARI as an inpatient.

The examinations in both hospitals were very thorough and executed with care considerable empathy. I must thank all the medical, nursing and auxillary staff for their kindness and care. In particular Dr Broadhurst and Dr Amy Roberts were fantastic. The nursing staff on both wards at ARI were excellent, friendly and helpful.
