"Outstanding care during a difficult time"

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people and departments who are looking after me, especially the sister, consultant and their teams.I had to move my care from another hospital due to a significant decrease in levels of care and treatment plans. To the board You should be very proud of what has been achieved by these teams. As a patient currently receiving treatment across various departments I would like to see senior recognition for the amazing holistic service they produce day after day. I totally trust my care plan and levels of support. I cannot speak more highly of them.
