My 3 year old daughter came into the Phoenix ward with pneumonia and was very ill on admission. The staff were amazing and the care was fantastic. The doctor was brilliant and took their time answering questions and was readily available. The room was good and very clean. The food menu was varied and good. There are different play zones for the children around the ward to suit all ages. The experience was all round fantastic. Thank you.
