I found the course really helpful & enjoyable. I attended after having two open heart operations within 4 months, an endocarditis infection and having a pacemaker fitted. The course not only helped me get back to physical fitness without risk but was instrumental in rebuilding my confidence. All the staff were extremely helpful and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I would thoroughly recommend the course to anyone who has undergone heat surgery.
