"removel of overy"

almost 3 years ago i went for an op to remove an overy wich had a large syst atached not only was i told after op that they could not find over but had removed my tube insted that the had also cut my other tube as they said it was infected my doc who did op hardly spoke english and was hard to understand my stitches was removed to soon as a result the wound open and i repeatly got infection and still to this day suffering from exstreem pain and infection and made a complait threw the right chanals as a result my records went missing and are still missing to this day they promissed to right this by giving me a hystorectomy but due to all the infection my diabites went out of control and had to wait the were imformed wen my diabites were under control but for a year they forgot about me so i went to manchester royal but they just refaired me back to oldham on apone i was given another pre op 8weeks ago and iam now informed the waiting list is another 18 weeks this is rediculas i have now been in sever pain for over 4years if the op would have been done right in the first place i would not be in all this pain how could a surgen not find an overy at the end of a tube he removed is behond me and were did he think all the infection from my other cut tube was going to go highly disserpointed would never recomed this hospital no other hospital will take me and im still awaiting an hystroectomy and still in herdus pain i would never recomed this hospital to anyone
