I cannot express enough my gratitude to all the staff. The outpatient dept and consultant who treated my mum when she was so poorly.Having to be admitted but no beds available the above nurses stayed until 9.30 pm to make sure she was ok.every aspect of her care was fantastic.A month has passed and she has been recuperating with me in the North East and again taken ill with pneumonia and because she has Myasthenia Gravis her treatment has to be monitored very carefully,Royal Stoke were made aware of her condition and as there was no Neurology available here they insisted that mum be taken immediately back to ward 231. She again is getting fantastic care and I am so grateful.
