"Thank you for the care given to my Mum"

About: Royal Gwent Hospital / General Medicine

(as a relative),

I would like to thank all the staff, nurses and doctors on award C4 West who provided care to my mother who has recently passed away.

Their caring, considerate and helpful approach was appreciated by me and all the family, and I would be very grateful if you could make all staff aware of this, and my gratitude to the Doctors and Consultants who tried their very best for her.
