What I liked
After seeing my haematologist, had blood taken at approx 4pm on july 1st, person taking blood did not wash his hands after seeing previous patient, was not wearing a gown and had a strong smell of body odour. Most unpleasant experience.
What could be improved
Hand washing between patients, protective clean gown and improved personal hygiene.
