We have had a relative in Rampton Hospital for over 10 years who has just moved on. We have had excellent care from all of the staff. The Visitors Centre and the family support team have been with us for the whole of our journey at Rampton. They are wonderful and without them this would have been a different story. We have stayed over at the Visitor Centre on a regular basis and it is a warm happy environment where everyone is made welcome.

Thank you for your kind comments about the care you received at the Visitor Centre, Rampton Hospital when supporting your relative. The Family Support Team are an asset to the Hospital and are always looking for ways to assist families and improve the environment at the Visitor Centre to meet the needs of carers. The Team Goal is: To improve the overall visitor experience of the hospital. To enhance the life of the patient by providing a Volunteer Befriender service by ‘bringing the outside in’. To enable high quality social visits to take place for patients to remain connected to their families.
