"Thanks to all the staff."

About: New Cross Hospital

This morning I had to go to the Hospital for test, from the moment my daughter and I entered the Hospital we were treated with courtesy and politeness. My appointment was for 9am and less than 2 minutes after my arrival I was being taken care of I first went for a blood test then I had 2 other tests none of which I had to wait for as soon as one test was done I moved on to the next, no waiting whatsoever. All the staff I came in contact were helpful and cheerful and it was a pleasure to be treated by these dedicate and wonderful people. I would just like to register My Thanks and appreciation to everyone at New Cross especially the Urology Dept who made what could have been a very stressful day much easier for myself and my daughter Many Thanks to you all for you dedication in these times of cut backs and needless complaints
