"Waited for ages but level of care brilliant"

Visited x ray for knee injury only to visit urgent care for treatment of a "fractured kneecap". The waiting time was long to say the least, concerned about being triaged in the waiting area... I wasn't too bothered but didn't really want to hear other peoples business... Maybe you need to re think that... I'm sure a room must have been available. Once seen by the doctor, they were great , talked me through what damaged I had and the type of treatment. They went off several times to seek further advice but each time they kept me informed. The reception staff were courteous and on my visit the following day, and subsequent calls to reception continued to be courteous, friendly and helpful. I don't usually feedback on hospital visits but on these occasions, I felt credit must be given when members of staff have made my visit pleasant .
