"Efficient and professional treatment"

I attended A & E at Whittington Hospital, Good Friday 3rd April 2015 late at night for a suspected fractured ankle. I was seen within about 10 minutes and sent to Xray Department and out of there very quickly. After a short wait I was then seen by a doctor, given crutches and then sent to get my ankle put in a cast. I had to wait a little longer here, but within a short time I had the plaster cast and was ready to go. Everyone was efficient and professional and I was pleasantly surprised that there were no delays.
