(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Castle Ward is very clean and friendly. The staff are very good. They come straight away when I need them. I cannot fault them.

I have never been to a place kept so clean.

Im delighted you found Castle ward to be clean and friendly, and that staff attended to you quickly when required.

All staff work hard to ensure the ward is clean, and I'm pleased their hard work has been noted.
