"Cavalier, offhand Consultant"

The admin and nursing staff, including front reception are professional and the hospital is fabulously clean. Nevertheless, I regret choosing and booking at Springfield Hospital, especially as I was offered a number of more convenient options. I was swayed by positive reviews and some of the negative reviews for other hospitals. However, I waited almost an hour past my appointment time and was treated in a cavalier, offhand manner by the Consultant, who had obviously endured a long, hard day. My experience was distressing and I opted to decline further services or onward referral.
