I was seen at Maddocks Physiotherapy within a week of seeing my GP. Facility was warm, clean and welcoming. Physio, Ben was pleasant, approachable, giving clean instructions, listened to experiences. Regular/lively follow-up telephone contacts. Graded exercises. Gave confidence in work completed. Would recommend to others.
